Fat: 19.60g | Prot: 56.95g | Carb: 178.72g.   Breakfast:  coffee with milk and sugar. Lunch:  boiled eggs, Tasty Wholemeal medium Sliced Bread,, tea, with milk and sugar, tomato. Dinner:  broccoli, frozen, brussels sprouts, carrots, frozen, cauliflower, frozen, potato, tea with milk and sugar. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, clementine.
