Fat: 67.16g | Prot: 111.39g | Carb: 149.87g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, craisins, quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  body by vi protein mix, coffee, nestle cocoa mix, soy milk. Dinner:  chicken breast, Mayonnaise, natures own sandwich thin. Snacks/Other:  bbq chicken leg, coconut pecan frosting, coconut pie, fudge dipped choc chip granola bar, hot tamales, sweet potato pie, Whole Almonds.
