Fat: 135.20g | Prot: 87.63g | Carb: 213.99g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, butter, honey, pumpernickel bread, tea, truvia. Lunch:  banana, raw almonds, tropical trail mix. Dinner:  beef round cubed steak, chicken bouillon, olive oil, soup and oyster crackers, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  sugar free gelatin.
