Lunch:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Butter, Chicken Thigh Meat, Date, Golden Delicious Apples, Honey, Potatoes (Flesh, without Salt, Boiled), Spinach, White Bread. Dinner:  Green Peas (Frozen), Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Roasted Potato, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Biscuit, Chenin Blanc Wine.
