Lunch:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), White Bread, Golden Delicious Apples, Butter, Honey, Spinach, Chicken Thigh Meat, Potatoes (Flesh, without Salt, Boiled), Date. Dinner:  Roasted Potato, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Spinach, Green Peas (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Chenin Blanc Wine, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Biscuit.
