Fat: 87.65g | Prot: 145.92g | Carb: 217.43g.   Breakfast:  Pane di Segale, Hüttenkäse, Yogurt al Naturale, Cacao in Polvere (non Zuccherato). Lunch:  Petto di Pollo Fritto senza Pastella (Mangiato senza Pelle), Zucchine (Salate, Sgocciolate, Cotte, Bollite). Dinner:  Carne di Manzo Macinata, Piselli Cotti (in Scatola). Snacks/Other:  Latte Intero, Prosciutto Crudo, Pane di Segale, Ricotta (Latte Intero), Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva, Roggen Dünn, Toastbrötchen, Cappuccino.
