I'm having a flu and couldn't sleep well because of the cough. This might have contributed to the weight loss.

Fat: 61.39g | Prot: 120.86g | Carb: 192.78g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg , Havarti Cheese, Silver Hills Bakery Sprouted Grain Flourless 16 Grain Bread, Simply Egg Whites, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Blueberries , Brussels Sprouts, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Greek Yogurt, Honey . Dinner:  Almonds, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Green String Beans, Lamb, Roasted Potato, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Syrah Wine, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Pears, Sugar, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
