I'm having a flu and couldn't sleep well because of the cough. This might have contributed to the weight loss.

Fat: 61.39g | Prot: 120.86g | Carb: 192.78g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Fried Egg , Havarti Cheese, Simply Egg Whites, Silver Hills Bakery Sprouted Grain Flourless 16 Grain Bread. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Honey , Greek Yogurt, Blueberries , Brussels Sprouts, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Dinner:  Lamb, Syrah Wine, Almonds, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Roasted Potato, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Green String Beans. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Sugar, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Pears.
