Fat: 20.12g | Prot: 44.55g | Carb: 154.37g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Lunch:  Onions, Red Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Banana. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Raisin Bread.
