Fat: 55.11g | Prot: 201.24g | Carb: 226.96g.   Breakfast:  body fortress vanilla cream, kashi peannutty chocolate bar, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. Lunch:  garlic bread, lean ham, meatballs, spaghetti bolognase, spaghetti sauce. Dinner:  goldfish, hal and half, Hebrew national 97% fat free hot dogs, M&Ms, ronzoni garden delight pasta.
