Fat: 69.39g | Prot: 52.29g | Carb: 127.94g.   Breakfast:  rye bread, ricotta. Lunch:  olive oil, carrot, ground beef, eggplant, rye bread. Dinner:  cottage cheese, fried egg, Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva, speculatius, rye bread, Rahmspinat. Snacks/Other:  ricotta, rye bread, Roggen D´┐Żnn, pero.
