Fat: 48.15g | Prot: 51.39g | Carb: 228.88g.   Breakfast:  butter, cuties, farmer john sausage, maple syrup, Plain Pancakes, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies. Dinner:  bread, cuties, gravy, ham, potato.
