Fat: 67.58g | Prot: 45.58g | Carb: 198.25g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon with Raisins Bakery Bread, Spread made with Yogurt. Lunch:  Chunky Chicken and Dumplings Soup, Whole Wheat Saltine Crackers. Dinner:  Instant White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almonds, Trail Mix Spicy Nuts & Cajun Sticks (Package).
