Fat: 57.55g | Prot: 89.67g | Carb: 225.12g.   Breakfast:  Baking Powder Biscuits, Beef or Meat Gravy, butter, Green Peppers, jimmy dean sausage, Onions, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can). Dinner:  chicken breast, gordita gold, green pepper, onion, skim chocolate milk, Tillamook colby jack cheese. Snacks/Other:  Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies.
