Fat: 73.00g | Prot: 72.50g | Carb: 162.37g.   Breakfast:  Guacamole, Pane di Segale, Ziegen-Frischkäse. Lunch:  Arrosto di Petto di Pollo alla Griglia o al Forno (senza Pelle), Fagiolini (Surgelati). Dinner:  Pane di Segale, Uovo all'occhio di Bue. Snacks/Other:  Latte Intero, Milka, Roggen Dünn.
