Fat: 60.57g | Prot: 36.55g | Carb: 137.01g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Avocado, Tongue. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
