Fat: 82.40g | Prot: 76.74g | Carb: 174.90g.   Breakfast:  Vollkorn Knäckebrot, Roggen Dünn, Pane di Segale, Burro. Lunch:  Rahmspinat, Ceci Secchi Cotti. Dinner:  Petto di Pollo Fritto senza Pastella (Mangiato con la Pelle), Peperoni Rossi Dolci, Melanzana Cotta, Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva, Cipolle Mature Cotte o Trifolate (Grassi Aggiunti in Cottura). Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Yogurt al Naturale.
