Fat: 104.42g | Prot: 71.01g | Carb: 274.22g.   Breakfast:  Apple Pie (One Crust), Coffee with cream and sweetener, vanilla ice cream edys. Lunch:  Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  Flour Tortilla, Fresh Fruit (Side), Goat Cheese & Artichoke Poppers, Shrimp Garden Salad (Shrimp, Eggs, Tomato and/or Carrots, Other Vegetables). Snacks/Other:  Butterfinger Bar (Fun Size), butterfinger fun, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten).
