Here we go again. Nonvigilance = weight gain. I expected it, but that doesn't make it any more palatable! OUCH!!!

Fat: 117.92g | Prot: 96.93g | Carb: 257.12g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Coffee, Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Scrambled Egg, Smart Balance, Truvia. Lunch:  A Spike Day - eat anything I want, Pizza Hut Pan Pizza. Dinner:  Cut Green and Shelly Beans, Smart Balance Omega, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Dole Blueberries, Gluten Free Oatmeal, Smart Balance Omega.
