Fat: 99.27g | Prot: 128.11g | Carb: 168.84g.   Breakfast:  eggs, red peppers, sunflower oil, spinach. Lunch:  lettuce, spinach, raspberries, chicken breast, walnut oil, lettuce, Chicken Breast. Dinner:  spaghetti squash, ground turkey, broccoli, Italian Herb Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Cream Pie, Apples, almond butter, lara bar, roasted pumpkin seeds, Efagold Coconut Oil.
