Fat: 99.27g | Prot: 128.11g | Carb: 168.84g.   Breakfast:  eggs, red peppers, spinach, sunflower oil. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, chicken breast, lettuce, lettuce, raspberries, spinach, walnut oil. Dinner:  broccoli, ground turkey, Italian Herb Pasta Sauce, spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  almond butter, Apples, Coconut Cream Pie, Efagold Coconut Oil, lara bar, roasted pumpkin seeds.
