Lunch:  Gouda Cheese, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Kefir Bio.
