Fat: 28.23g | Prot: 103.71g | Carb: 298.68g.   Breakfast:  Heritage Flakes Multigrain Cereal, Skim Milk, VIA Ready Brew - Colombia, Water, Skim Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, 100% Pure Pumpkin, 100% Pure Pumpkin, Water, Ground Turkey Breast, Cajun Seasoning (No MSG), ReddiEgg Real Egg Product, Honeycrisp Apples. Dinner:  Broccoli, Yam (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled, Baked), Ground Turkey Breast, Water, pumpkin cream cheese, Honeydew Melons. Snacks/Other:  Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, Dried Young Coconut, Chewy Bars - Chocolate, 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Butter.
