Lunch:  100% Pure Pumpkin, 100% Pure Pumpkin, Cajun Seasoning (No MSG), Ground Turkey Breast, Honeycrisp Apples, ReddiEgg Real Egg Product, Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Water. Dinner:  Broccoli, Ground Turkey Breast, Honeydew Melons, pumpkin cream cheese, Water, Yam (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled, Baked). Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Healthy Pop Butter, Chewy Bars - Chocolate, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, Dried Young Coconut, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies.
