Fat: 56.72g | Prot: 76.53g | Carb: 174.73g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg, Egg White, Green Peppers, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Dried Cranberries, Oranges, Red Delicious Apples, Smooth Peanut Butter (Reduced Fat), Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, walnuts shelled. Dinner:  Carnitas Burrito bol (brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream). Snacks/Other:  orange, red delicious apples, stringsters precious.
