Fat: 32.02g | Prot: 23.44g | Carb: 209.74g.   Breakfast:  Fruit & Cream Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  French Salad Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, Salad Toppins - Roasted Garlic Caesar, Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Rich & Hearty Steak Burger & Country Vegetables, Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only), Granulated Sugar, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Lemon Juice, Lowfat Yogurt - Peach, Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
