Fat: 53.83g | Prot: 124.81g | Carb: 134.91g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, 1% milk, Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled) , bacon 365, bacon 365, Bananas , Bob's Red Mill organic golden flax seed meal, broccoli, broccoli, CFM Whey, eggs, eggs, fennel, fennel, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, Kirkland egg whites, Kirkland egg whites, onion, onion, Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, POM, shredded mozzarella 365, shredded mozzarella 365, tomatoe, tomatoe. Lunch:  chicken breast, dijon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Golden Delicious Apples, Lemon Juice , mini babybel light, Spring Mix. Dinner:  Dark Chocolate, Pork Gravy, Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless), Steamers Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower & Carrots, unsalted butter, yam. Snacks/Other:  Jack link.
