Fat: 53.83g | Prot: 124.81g | Carb: 134.91g.   Breakfast:  eggs, eggs, broccoli, broccoli, tomatoe, tomatoe, 1% milk, 1% milk, fennel, fennel, Apple Juice (Canned or Bottled) , Bananas , Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, Kirkland egg whites, Kirkland egg whites, POM, onion, onion, Bob's Red Mill organic golden flax seed meal, bacon 365, bacon 365, shredded mozzarella 365, shredded mozzarella 365, CFM Whey. Lunch:  chicken breast, Golden Delicious Apples, Spring Mix, Lemon Juice , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dijon, mini babybel light. Dinner:  Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless), Pork Gravy, Steamers Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower & Carrots, yam, unsalted butter, Dark Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Jack link.
