Fat: 30.77g | Prot: 113.97g | Carb: 124.39g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Bananas, Flaxseed Meal, Milk (Nonfat), Strawberries . Lunch:  Brown Rice, foster farms grilled chicken breast, red split lentils. Dinner:  Syntha-6 RTD. Snacks/Other:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, broccoli , Egg White, knudsen cottage cheese, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, raw almonds, spinach, tomato.
