Fat: 28.70g | Prot: 40.07g | Carb: 155.92g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Clover Honey, Porridge. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Pickled Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Biscuit, Krydder Boller, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Cheese.
