Fat: 50.92g | Prot: 77.52g | Carb: 151.46g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure Maple Syrup, Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, Wheat & Honey Pancakes. Lunch:  Apples, Firm Tofu (with Calcium Sulfate), Kidney Beans (Canned), Spinach and Chickpeas (Fat Added). Dinner:  Chicken Chili with White Beans. Snacks/Other:  Almond Milk, Organic Multi Grain Squares Cereal.
