Fat: 142.36g | Prot: 118.36g | Carb: 68.26g.   Breakfast:  cheese, Bacon, butter, egg white, spinach. Lunch:  Romaine, red cabbage, Ground Beef, Corn Starch, Hidden Valley Ranch Original, Pepper Jack Cheese, gorgonzola. Dinner:  pork ribs, romaine, cherry tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Avocados, Cardini's Greek. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Dark, Fish Oil Omega 3, Calcium, Water, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), popcorn air, butter.
