Fat: 142.36g | Prot: 118.36g | Carb: 68.26g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, butter, cheese, egg white, spinach. Lunch:  Corn Starch, gorgonzola, Ground Beef, Hidden Valley Ranch Original, Pepper Jack Cheese, red cabbage, Romaine. Dinner:  Avocados, Cardini's Greek, cherry tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), pork ribs, romaine. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Dark, butter, Calcium, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, popcorn air, Water.
