Fat: 63.17g | Prot: 75.16g | Carb: 176.05g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Blanched Almonds, Dried Fruit Mixture, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy). Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese.
