Fat: 84.61g | Prot: 86.71g | Carb: 280.93g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Tortilla, Egg, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans, Mashed Potato. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy), Apple Dessert Crisp, Whipping Cream. Snacks/Other:  Cracker Chips Sour Cream and Onion, Greek Yogurt Honey, Granola.
