Lunch:  liver sausage, mission carb balsnce, Prime-Cut Chicken Tenders (Regular), south beach chocolate almond, south beach peanut butter bar. Dinner:  canned corn, gound beef paty, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other:  cheese crackers.
