Fat: 67.34g | Prot: 107.23g | Carb: 179.12g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Egg, Special K Vanilla Almond. Lunch:  Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans. Dinner:  Fried Potato Skins with Cheese and Bacon, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Wine Cooler. Snacks/Other:  White Bread.
