Fat: 34.98g | Prot: 74.45g | Carb: 143.43g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Blueberries, Brown Sugar, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Cracker Chips Sour Cream and Onion, Deli Sliced Ham, Swiss Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Chicken or Turkey and Beans. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries.
