Fat: 83.44g | Prot: 112.70g | Carb: 133.32g.   Breakfast:  Mixed Berries. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, chicken breast, feta cheese, walnuts. Dinner:  Parmesan Couscous Mix, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, mozzarella , Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime, Sliced Turkey Pepperoni.
