Fat: 27.24g | Prot: 32.49g | Carb: 105.50g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Nudlar, lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
