Lunch:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh Skinless, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Mixed Salad Greens, Zesty Dill Pickle Spears. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh Skinless, Golden Greek Deli Sliced Peperoncini, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almonds, Diet Pepsi (Can), Original Spiced Rum, Plain Sweet Potato Chips, Wheat Thins Crackers - Fiber Selects Garden Vegetable.
