Fat: 31.19g | Prot: 89.91g | Carb: 115.22g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Large Grade A Eggs, Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps, Soybean (Curd Cheese). Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cappuccino, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Honey Balsamic Dressing, Noni berry, Plain Croutons. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Satisfying Selections Sesame Chicken.
