Fat: 31.19g | Prot: 89.91g | Carb: 115.22g.   Breakfast:  Large Grade A Eggs, Soybean (Curd Cheese), Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Noni berry, Boiled Egg, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Plain Croutons, Honey Balsamic Dressing, Cappuccino. Dinner:  Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Satisfying Selections Sesame Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking).
