Fat: 68.54g | Prot: 86.23g | Carb: 93.85g.   Breakfast:  Brown 'n Serve Turkey Sausage Patties, Large Grade A Eggs. Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, Mayonnaise, Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Zesty Dill Pickle Spears. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh Skinless, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Sweet Southern Heat Barbecue Potato Chips, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Wheat Thins Crackers - Fiber Selects Garden Vegetable.
