Fat: 37.58g | Prot: 104.90g | Carb: 160.49g.   Breakfast:  Thin Bagels, Strawberry Cream Cheese. Lunch:  99% Fat Free Minestrone Soup, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade). Dinner:  Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Scalloped Cheesy Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Go Lean, 1% Fat Milk.
