Fat: 62.65g | Prot: 111.64g | Carb: 86.84g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Tortilla, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Cheddar or American Type Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat). Dinner:  Fish Chowder.
