Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, Beef & Dumplings with Hearty Vegetables, Spread made with Yogurt. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Coleslaw, Yellow Summer Squash, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Navels Oranges.
