Fat: 91.57g | Prot: 96.10g | Carb: 162.23g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Tortilla, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Mixed Salad Greens, Ranch Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat). Dinner:  Thin Crust Pizza with Seafood. Snacks/Other:  Pinot Blanc Wine, Source Yogurt, Watermelon.
