Fat: 29.75g | Prot: 29.89g | Carb: 123.58g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Chickpeas, Red Tomatoes, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Krydder Boller, Kefir Bio.
