Fat: 29.75g | Prot: 29.89g | Carb: 123.58g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Chickpeas, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Kefir Bio, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
