Fat: 29.98g | Prot: 34.83g | Carb: 141.06g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Black Olives, Pickled Beetroot, Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
