Lunch:  Black Olives, Pickled Beetroot, Red Tomatoes, Wafer Thin Smoked Ham, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Kefir Bio, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
