Fat: 84.79g | Prot: 53.42g | Carb: 229.88g.   Breakfast:  yogurt, bagel, cream cheese. Lunch:  rye bread, lettuce, tomato, vegenaise, olives, Tofurkey Peppered Lunch Meat. Dinner:  jack in the box taco, jack in the box onion rings. Snacks/Other:  plum, flan el polo loco.
