Snacks/Other:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Grains & More Double Protein Bread, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce.
