Lunch:  Beef and Turkey Pepperoni Casserole, Plums. Dinner:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Cookies 'n Cream Truffle, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Peanut Choco' Chocolaty Drizzle.
