Fat: 60.07g | Prot: 90.99g | Carb: 167.19g.   Breakfast:  kiwi, Steel Cut Irish Oat Meal, 365 Uncured Center Cut Smokehouse Bacon, Natural String Cheese Part Skim. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas , Dijon Mustard, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fine Red Wine Vinegar, Baby Carrots , Broccoli Flower Clusters , Lemon Juice , Jicama, Tomatoes, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner:  Olive Oil, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mashed Potatoes (1/2 cup serving), Deluxe Baby Broccoli Florets, Brown Gravy Mix, Mushrooms, Original Buttery Spread. Snacks/Other:  Hummus , Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Ghirardelli Intense Dark Sea Salt Soiree, Family Style Milk Chocolate Brownies.
