Fat: 28.73g | Prot: 34.71g | Carb: 176.32g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Onions, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Nonfat Buttermilk.
