Fat: 31.93g | Prot: 28.00g | Carb: 137.94g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Cauliflower Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Dehydrated), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
